The Company’s primary focus is in Namibia, where exploration is conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary Reptile Uranium Namibia (Pty) Ltd. DYL’s flagship Omahola Project has a JORC compliant resource of 38.2 million tonnes at 441 ppm for 37.0 Mlbs U3O8 from three hard rock deposits, INCA, Ongolo Alaskite and its satellite MS7.
Omahola is at Pre-Feasibility stage, with concurrent resource drilling and ongoing exploration along the highly prospective Ongolo Alaskite-INCA trend. DYL has conducted a successful pilot plant trial on the Tubas Red Sand deposit using advanced hydrocyclone technology enabling it to convert a low grade aeolian sand deposit to a high grade uranium concentrate.
As well as its significant uranium assets in Namibia, DYL has discovered a substantial area of magnetite mineralisation on one of its tenements. A Scoping Study on this asset, the Shiyela Iron Project, is nearing completion and a maiden JORC resource of 78.7 Mt at 18.88% Fe was recently announced.
In Australia, the Company is working on resource delineation of mid to high grade uranium discoveries in the Mount Isa district in Queensland and also owns the Napperby Uranium Project and numerous exploration tenements in the Northern Territory.
